Making a purchase couldn't be easier ! Just click the BUY NOW button to make a purchase, you will then be directed to our secure payment page where you will be able to pay by all major credit / debit cards.

If you prefer not to put your credit card details on our secure page then you may send us a cheque or postal order with your order. Unfortunately when using this option goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared.

PRODUCTS
All products conform to British standards.

All products manufactured in accordance with current legislation at time of purchase.
Dimensions and wattages are given as a guide only to assist the purchaser and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.

Height measurements are given excluding chain and ceiling fixture where applicable as there is a variable involved.

DELIVERY
All orders over £99 inclusive of VAT will be delivered to the UK mainland free of charge. Other delivery charges are

• up to £25 - delivery is £4.95
• over £25 up to £99 - delivery is £6.95

When your order is received you will be emailed to confirm the order and delivery date.
We will endeavour to despatch stock items within 48 hours but during busy periods please allow 5 working days.

If your order is out of stock we will back order the item for you. You will be emailed with the expected delivery date with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
All products carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. Fittings must not have been fitted or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging with lamps and any other parts supplied.

To return goods please call or email for a Returns Authorisation Number.

Goods will not be accepted without this number. The number should be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds/returns if the above criteria is not met.

Goods must be returned at the expense of the customer unless faulty.

Goods returned relating to a fault will be returned to the customer at Lighting4u's expense.

FAULTY GOODS

Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods. Lighting4u can not accept responsibility after this time.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the customers wishes.
Lighting4u will not be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees or time taken off work.

WARRANTY

All products except light bulbs (which are supplied free of charge) carry a 1 year return to base warranty (subject to proof of purchase).

In the event of a fault, the product will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

The warranty is subject to the fitting being correctly installed for its intended purpose and not subject to abuse.

INSTALLATION

All products should be installed by a qualified approved contractor.

All fittings must be earthed in accordance with manufacturers instructions.

Always isolate the electrical supply before carrying out any installation.

Installation materials such as raw plugs and screws are not supplied.

Liability will not be accepted for any personal damage such as electrocution due to improper installation.

This does not affect your statuary rights.
